  • Kaviraj Singh

    Mr. Kaviraj Singh, Founder & Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association is a graduate in law from University of Delhi (LLB, 1996) and a post graduate diploma holder in International Trade. He is also a graduate in Industrial Psychology. Trustman & Co. is the brainchild of Mr. Kaviraj Singh which he established in the year 1998. His expert areas include Public Advocacy, Advising on Doing Business in India, Legal Strategy and Dispute Resolution.

    His vision is to provide highest quality services to the clients and cater their diversified legal requirements with the best possible outcome. Along with providing top notch legal assistance, he is also a Philanthropist, fervent supporter of Pro Bono work and a mentor to the budding lawyers of the country.

    His passion is to mark a presence of Indian legal fraternity around the world which is reflected by his present & past Professional affiliations as- Founding India Chapter Chair of The New York State Bar Association’s International Section Various articles on Doing business in India, FCPA compliance in Asia, arbitration laws etc. published in New York State Bar Association, International Section Journal, and many more global publications. He is a Board Member of Governing Body, Aurobindo College, University of Delhi. He was appointed by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi.

    He was the Director, India Head in New York State Governor’s Office to promote Trade and Investment between New York and India to find local partners and verification of local partners for such companies. He is guiding the New York Companies for doing business in India. For his ‘Extraordinary Contribution’ to NYSBA, he was conferred ‘Emeritus Chapter Chair for Life’ from NYSBA-International Section. He was the Vice- Chair of International Section of American Bar Association. He was Director Legal of Indo- American Friendship Group.  He worked for US- Exim Bank and power of attorney holder on behalf of Additional Attorney General of US.

    He was the Managing Director at Empire Global Ventures, New York, USA.  Apart from this he held many other positions; Co-Chair of External Affairs Committee, Indo American Chamber of Commerce Federation of International Business Association, All India Management Association Research in collaboration with Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) on Reforms in Indian Legal Services. He Authored a book on Sexual Harassment at Workplace along with a Survey (LAW & HER). He presented report to Government of India on How to make India an Arbitration Hub?’ He has been an Advisor to various Government Departments and is the Founder and Secretary General, Indian National Bar Association.

  • Mr Per Oberg

    Mr Per Oberg from Sweden, born in Stockholm 1952 is representing INBA to the European Nordic Countries. Oberg partly lives in India since 1985 and is a Business Developer who helps companies and organizations to develop their activities between EU, especially Northern Europe, and India and has experience in exports both to and from India. He has also for 5 years from 2005 to 2011 had his own factory in India exporting worldwide. In Sweden he has been in politics for many years and held several important posts including as a chancellor and on county level like MLA in India as well as many posts in political boards and committees. Oberg also have held posts on national level. Oberg has held several posts as non-executive director of energy companies and executive director etc in other types of companies in Sweden, UK and India.

  • Ms Vinakshi Kadan

    Ms Vinakshi Kadan is founder of Legal Aid Committee, INBA. She is a practicing advocate in
    the Supreme Court of India and Senior Advisor, Indian National Bar Association. She is a PAN-
    India level Legal Aid Activist who aims for upliftment of women from ground level societal
    issues, spread legal awareness and reform the society for women and girl child. She has been
    imparting legal literacy workshops to women in perturb with NHRD, ACTED, UN, Florida Bar
    Association and many other organizations. Her true and firm dedication has helped INBA in
    achieving unprecedented growth during the previous years.
    She is working as an Advocate in Supreme Court of India since 2011 and has represented the
    State of Gujarat in numerous cases. She has worked with GE Capital for various projects based
    on Policies and Procedures. She is a specialist in environmental issues, legal aid (pro bono
    cases), data privacy laws and issues related to women – sexual harassment, abuse, domestic
    violence, etc. Her surveys on sexual harassment of women were applauded by reputed media
    houses including Livelaw, Indian Express, Firstpost, Lawrato, Axomlive, Lenseye, and others.
    She was also awarded by Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Bindal, a sitting judge of Punjab and Haryana
    High Court.
    In 2017, she founded the Legal Aid Committee, INBA. This Committee connects vulnerable and
    disempowered members of society with effective and expedient services for the delivery of
    justice. INBA’s Legal Aid Committee provides free legal opinion and consultation which
    supports to empower people of their legal rights and to face legal situations. The Committee has
    also been working on various research projects to assess the legal awareness and implementation
    of social welfare legislations, as well as to ensure women's rights in order to make gender justice
    a reality.
