Goals and Objectives

To develop the standard of practice in the State of Punjab
To assist and advice the State Government on policies and laws that will make the state friendly for Business Investments
To work with Bench on assisting in removing Legal Backlog of cases through out the state of Punjab
To work to improve the legal education standards among Law Universities and Colleges across the State.
To work with Law Enforcement Agencies (such as Police and CID) to improve the quality of investigations and level of prosecution among the Investigating agencies.

Current Activity

To help shape the local SEZ policies in the state of Punjab
To conduct workshop on Ethics and Professionalism among Legal Community.
Hariom Parkash Jindal-Chair, Ludhiana Regional Forum After having spent 25 years in International Shipping and Transportation in the commercial side, a turn in life prompting to make a positive contribution to the society through the Legal system/profession. For taking up the issues of underprivileged children an initiative in the form of ” Society for Equal Dignity of Children” was taken in the year 2009, which is taking up issues of rights of children in India. Mr. Jindal as the President of the Organisation providing direction and leading the cause. For 2 terms, Mr. Jindal was the President of Vivekanand branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Ludhiana an organisation of National level, carrying programmes of National Integration, providing aid to needy, helping in upliftment of poor in the society and providing services in various other areas of social importance.
