Mr. Raymond J.A. Pappot – Chair
Mr. Raymond J.A. Pappot, 1965, is the co-founder of the international debt collection agency VMP & Partners B.V., located in Almere the Netherlands, 25 km’s from Amsterdam. After the College of Administration and Economics, and serving his duty in the Dutch army, Mr. Pappot started his debt collection career in 1988, in the meantime studying law and management. He was appointed as manager international collections. In April 1997 Mr. Jaap van Mill and Mr. Pappot set up VMP & Partners B.V., fully specialized in national and international business to business and business to consumer debt collection. VMP & Partners B.V. is a professional debt collection agency / mediator and is able, especially in large volume cases, to give all cases the full attention needed to solve the matter, B2B as B2C, either amicable or legal. The company has a close cooperation with 3 Law offices, each with their specialization, and has associate offices in all European countries. Mr. Jaap van Mill is Owner/CEO, Mr Pappot is the COO of the company and both are regular speakers and trainers on credit management and debt collection topics in companies or business associations. The management and employees, all multi lingual, have a great interest in international law and cultures, which is a must. He is a regular attendee on international congresses.
Mr. Pappot is an active serving member of various associations. In 2003 he has made it to the final 8 of the competition “Best Entrepreneur of the Netherlands”. During the years he has been the Secretary of the Association for SME Entrepreneurs of the Province of Flevoland (Jong MKB Flevoland), Member of the the cash control committee of one of the largest business clubs in the Netherlands (Vereniging Bedrijfskring Almere) and he is the current treasurer of the Association Flevoplein in financial association with the European Union in Brussels. In January 2012 he has been appointed as the Ambassador for the World Trade Center – Almere Area.

Shivani Chopra
Member Shivani Chopra is the Member of Debt Collection Section of NBAI. She works as an Associate with Trustman & Co, which is a Global Debt Recovery & LPO Firm . She efficiently handles Debt Recoveries for clients all around the world. She also actively helps in Legal Process Outsourcing wherein she deals with a team of lawyers. She is currently handling various cases of debt collection and recovery in India as well as worldwide.
