COVID-19 has mesmerized everything. Everything came to a standstill when lockdown was put into force in India on March 20, 2020. It made us to rethink and change or adapt to new ways of living; confined to the four walls of our home, moving out only in urgencies, presenting a war-like situation. Schools, colleges, offices, companies’ markets, transport everything came to a halt. Even the chirping of birds, the movements of animals on roads was less heard. There was complete silence and we all who had very little time for ourselves or our families realized what we had been missing from years and years….
Today, when lockdown is over and things are getting normalize, although we still are taking precautions and moving out with masks and sanitizing carefully…the feeling is different.
