INBA has once again taken an initiative to run Sexual Harassment Survey in public interest. In 2018, we conducted a survey on efficacy of PoSH Laws in India. We successfully completed it and nothing could deter our spirit to keep going with it. The findings of our reports presented to the Government has also been applauded and quoted by reputed agencies such as FORBES INDIA, Live Law, Indian Express, Firstpost, Lawrato and many others.
Here we are again conducting a survey to comprehend the viability of PoSH Act over this period. This will help us keep a track of its efficacy in the long run. Though it is not mandatory however, we expect your co-operation and your valuable inputs will be highly appreciated and make our efforts stronger. The report is published in graphical form to compare the number and is uploaded on INBA Website and name of the organization and individual are kept anonymous.
In the year 2022, we look forward to continuing our project to make a difference. We shall further expand our surveys to every section of the society, as we move out of the workplace environment. We intend to conduct surveys in schools, colleges, streets and neighbourhoods, alongside workplaces. Join us, as we move to build a better India that is inclusive of every member of the society, particularly women.
