Goals and Objectives

To develop the standard of practice in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
To assist and advice the State Government on policies and laws that will let the State remain Business Investments friendly and be IT capital of the world.
To work with Bench on assisting in removing Legal Backlog of cases through out the state of Andhra Pradesh.
To work to improve the legal education standards among Law Universities and Colleges across the State.

VenkatalakshmiDr. D. Venkatalakshmi Arrabolu- Chair, Andhra Pradesh Regional Forum Obtained law degree from Andhra University in the year 1991. Firmly believes in helping those who are less fortunate, and works for the cause of the women, blind, old and needy through the NGO “Mahila Chaitanya Sravanthi” and have undertaken lot of welfare activities, conducted legal literacy camps and promoted legal literacy in tribal areas and totally dedicated to spreading the movement of legal aid and also legal literacy. Since 12 years representing the Government of India as Central Government Counsel in the Visakhapatnam District Courts, a panel member on various sexual harassment complaint committees, Mahila Lok Adalat and Jail Adalat.

ShailendraShailendra Komatreddy – Chair, Hyderabad Regional Forum Shailendra Komatreddy is a founding partner of Tatva Legal and he heads the Hyderabad office of Tatva Legal. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial laws with emphasis on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, project finance, private equity and investments. Shailendra provides legal services to several Fortune 100 companies, large Indian business groups, private equity funds and government agencies. He has industry specific experience in the areas of banking & finance, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, information technology, biotechnology, education, pharmaceuticals, insurance and healthcare. Shailendra graduated with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons) degree from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, India in the year 1995. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia.
