INBA has organised a Symposium comprising of dignitaries from Maryland, USA and India, which shall include the First Lady of the State of Maryland, Hon. Chief Judge of the High Court of Maryland and the Supreme Court of India as well as the U.S., senior bureaucrats and other dignitaries from the two countries.
This Symposium is the first event of a series of dialogues being initiated as a part of an ongoing initiative seeking to strengthen the legal industry, judicial, legislative and regulatory relations between the U.S. and India by facilitating an in-depth scrutiny of the existing policies, treaties and issues as are existing between the two countries with the ultimate objective of simplifying the understanding of the two system and to make the same more cohesive, better informed, more transparent and participatory.
