INBA Thanks All INBA Members For Participation In Interactive Pro Session With University Of Law On July 3, 2020

INBA & The University of Law , United Kingdom organized a webinar session for members of the Indian National Bar Association on July 3, 2020 from 6.30 P.M. to 7.30 P.M. (IST). Ms. Vinakshi Kadan, Senior Advisor & Head, Legal Aid Committee, INBA & Advocate Supreme Court opened the session with inaugural address and warm welcome to Ms. Margaret Matthews, LPC & Manager, reading Campus, University of Law, UK.

Ms. Margaret threw light on International Arbitration, why it is mandatory these days. Paris, London, Geneva and New York are the venues where international courts are established. She said arbitration is widely used by new sectors and to tackle third party funding issues.

   

Ms. Margaret guided the students on how to go about online courses during this pandemic situation, along with other opportunities University of Law offers to graduates and undergraduates of foreign universities.

Ms. Margaret’s answered to the queries of the online audience and the session was formally closed by vote of thanks by Ms. Vinakshi Kadan.
