INBA Celebrated International Women Day, On March 7, 2021 With A book launch, ‘The Phenomenal She’

INBA celebrated International Women Day, 2021 by a book launch “THE PHENOMENAL SHE” 3rd Edition by acknowledging 100 distinct personalities of women, making the mark for themselves and encouraging others to follow on March 7, 2021 at Constitution Club of India.  The concept of the program was initiated by Ms. Vinakshi Kadan, Senior Legal Advisor, and Advocate Supreme Court. The program started with welcome address by Ms. Vinakshi Kadan, followed by lighting of lamp by the hon’ble guests; Hon’ble Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, Delhi High Court, Mr.  Satpal Bhatia, Personal Secretary to Mr. Amit Shah, Minister, Home Affairs, Mr. Ashok Verma, Domiciliary Services, UK, Mr. Kaviraj Singh, Secretary General, INBA and Ms. Vinakshi Kadan.

Hon’ble President of India, Sh. Ram Nath Kovind has appreciated INBA’s initiative for women empowerment. INBA is working virtuously for the cause and social upliftment of women. We strive to appreciate and acknowledge every contribution made by women from all professional areas or activities that are worth a contribution to society as a whole and beyond her family. These women have managed multiple tasks and demonstrated excellence in their personal and professional lives.

The very purpose of the book’s launch is to acknowledge women who have excelled in their fields despite all the difficulties, to inspire and motivate other women to come out of their shell, take a step forward and realize their dreams.

INBA consistently works for Women Empowerment by helping them through female start up mentorship, free legal aid, gender equality, legal right workshops, and sexual harassment awareness in the workplace. 100 women from different sectors are featured in the book. To name a few; Sushri Debashree Chaudhari, Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Renuka Singh, Minister of State for  Ministry of Tribal Affair, Hon’ble Justice Rekha Palli, Judge of Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Justice Lisa Gill, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Aishwarya Bhati, Additional Solicitor General (ASG), Veena Ralli, Organizing Secretary, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Anu Chatrath, Additional Advocate  General, Chandigarh, Anju Chhabra Khurana, Registrar, Delhi High Court , Dr. Indira Hinduja, Padma Shri Awardee, Dr. M.V Padma Srivastava, Padma Shri Awardee,  Rekha Rangachari, Executive Director, New York International Arbitration Centre.
