Main contention advanced on behalf of the appellant is that the appellant has already been in custody for about one year and there is no prospect of commencement of trial in the near future. Even investigation is not likely to be completed before March 15, 2015.There are about 516 accused and large number of witnesses and documents. Thus, the trial will take long time.
