To develop the standard of practice in the State of Haryana.
To assist and advice the State Government on policies and laws that will let the State remain Business Investments friendly and be IT capital of the world.
To work with Bench on assisting in removing Legal Backlog of cases through out the state of Haryana.
To work to improve the legal education standards among Law Universities and Colleges across the State.

Advocate Ramesh Goyal, Chair, Sirsa Regional Forum Mr. Ramesh Goyal Practicing as of Income tax, Wealth tax, Trusts, Societies and VAT consultant since last 40 years, has been representing before Income Tax Tribunals at Chandigarh & Delhi and State Tax Tribunals of Haryana & Punjab since 1975.
Founder Secretary of Income Tax Bar Association, Sirsa (Nov.1981) and elected unanimously several times. secretary and President. Mr. Goyal is working for water conservation and Dainik Bhaskar newspaper group has awarded JAL STAR (Water Hero) Awardin 2011 and District Administration and several NGOs have also awarded for the same. Prominent social worker reputed throughout the State of Haryana (India).
