INBA celebrate World Environment Day-2018

Indian National Bar Association (INBA) Celebrated World Environment Day 5th June 2018 the theme for this year is “Reuse Recycle: Let The Plastic Cry”. The main idea behind this event is to make people aware about the needs of a greener tomorrow.

INBA is happy to represent the wonderful event to save the plant and handle the global warming issues to make better climate. INBA has decided to celebrate World Environment Day on 5th June. In this special Day, we have planned in planting plants which are pollution free in the Birbal Park in Jangpura Extension. Further, we have decided to organize a competition for the members of Bal Sahyog.

Under the Competition there will be two heads:

  • Painting Competition along with the theme: Reuse, Recycle: Let the Plastic Cry.
  • Poetry Competition along with the theme: A greener tomorrow.

We are also Celebrating World Environment Day at Rakh Bag, Ludhiana. In this event, we are organizing various activities such as plantation drive and painting competition for students to create awareness. Further, PARWAAZ NGO is supporting organization to Manage this event.

Parwaaz Parwaaz is an organization which commits to providing quality education to unprivileged children. Parwaaz believes that whether you are addressing healthcare, poverty, unemployment, human rights, there’s no better place to start than education, We have projects for overall development: curriculum, co-curriculum, extra curriculum and Psychological Counseling.
Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life, it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and it increases once awareness on the range of issues. The board of trustees constitutes of young leaders under 25 years of age, and also 75% women in leadership roles. We aim work to empower the youth and use a unique structure.

 

 

INBA celebrated the World Environment Day with two specials events- The first was a Drawing and Poetry Competition conducted in Bal Sahyog with orphan boys. A total of 55 students participated were Himanshu took away the first Prize which included INR 1000 cash prize and certificate. Further, Shivam won the second prize which included a mug and INR 500, certificate. The best poetry was won by Suraj which included INBA personalized Mug and a certificate.

The Second event took place in the DDA park behind INBA head office in Jangpura. The counselor along with eminent DDA officers were invited for the event about 30 Saplings where planted in the park with the help of the local people
